Questions and answers
General
No. You send your text, photos and links; the site is built for you. If your plan includes an admin area, you get a short training session and written notes so you can add sermons or news yourself afterwards.
You do. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting account is yours, and the content is yours. If you ever want to move to another developer, you can.
It is a ministry-focused digital service run by one person — Ray — with technical support from Rayspring Tech. There is no large team and no office. That is exactly why the prices work.
Pricing
Because the scope is fixed and the designs are reused. Each plan has a defined number of pages, a defined number of revision rounds, and a professionally designed template underneath. Nothing is cheap because it is rushed or because a beginner built it.
Unlimited revisions, unlimited ongoing maintenance, professional human translation, complex custom systems, stock photography licences, premium plugins and third-party service fees. Anything outside your plan is quoted before it starts.
Hosting, the SSL certificate, software updates, backups and a small allowance of minor text changes. It does not cover redesigns, new pages or new features.
Giving
No, and we do not want to. We connect your website to your own PayPal, Stripe, bank account or QR code. Money goes directly to you. Rayspring Ministry Digital never holds, manages or distributes donations, and is not responsible for your tax, charity registration or receipting obligations.
Supported
No. There are a small number of supported places each month, and they go to the ministries with the clearest need and the least ability to pay. Applying does not guarantee approval, and we will tell you honestly either way.
Honest information, the content for your own pages, and a reply when we contact you. If you can contribute something towards the domain name, that helps — but it is not a condition.
